I was very excited that Rachel at Bliss Events asked me to come back and photograph their second education event of the year at Sweet Cheeks Baking Co. I had such a great time with this group at their first event earlier this year, and this time we got to sample in some sweet treats! The girls at Sweet Cheeks taught us how to ice a cake, ‘rescue’ a dent, and even the best way to slice a cake for beautiful presentation. We then got to ice our own take-home vanilla + coconut cupcakes with yummy buttercream frosting…
