Christine + Mike celebrated their 10 year anniversary recently! She shared with me a glimpse into their past that led their path to a beautiful vow renewal ceremony I recently photographed…

  “We were high school sweethearts. After high school, Christine went to college, and Mike left for the military. We were reunited 4-5 years later and dated for 2 years. Mike proposed in La Jolla. After a year long engagement they were married on 5/28/05 at Mary, Star of the Sea in La Jolla, and had their reception at La Valencia. A week after their wedding they moved to Oahu Hawaii, and jokingly say they went to their honeymoon and never came back! They lived in Hawaii for the first two years of marriage. After the birth of their oldest child Amelie, they decided to move back to San Diego to be closer to family. A few years later they welcomed their son Landon and daughter Elise. The rest is history and we are now looking forward to celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary and so excited to have our children see where it all began!”
