Jenn + Dan met at the Del Mar Races in August 2009 at a free concert (a Neil Diamond cover band) where Jenn promptly hit on Dan… love at first sight! Their first date was a few days later, and then his awesome proposal on a fishing trip with his 2 girls a few months later. The two had a traditional military wedding ceremony at Estancia Resort in La Jolla with a few special touches…a first sighting with her Dad (complete with emotion and tears!), and a homemade wedding cake by Dan’s daughters….both that I absolutely loved! It was a fun night of stories, laughter, music, and dancing…and we’re so glad to have been a part of it!
