John + Erin’s e-session took place in Balboa Park where they got engaged so it was natural for them to go back and re-live the moment. Erin shared a little snippet from the day…

“John proposed to me at Balboa park in the Alcazar garden! We walked into the garden, and I could tell that he was up to something. I knew he was acting nervous and fidgety so I tried to lighten the mood by suggesting that we make a wish in the fountain. We waited for the tourists to finish taking photos and for about 5 minutes, we actually had the whole place to ourselves! We made our wishes by facing away from the fence and throwing a penny over our shoulders (the only way to do it, right?!) and when I turned around to look where my penny landed he had gotten down on one knee! He had planned the afternoon for us to walk around Balboa park and then go to our favorite restaurant, Cucina Urbana, for dinner. It was a great day!”
